When will my item ship?

Your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order.

Who is the mail carrier that will deliver my item?

All items are shipped via USPS.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

All items are shipped standard ground. It typically takes 3-5 days depending on your location in the continental USA.

Is shipping provided outside of the States?

We currently only ship to the USA and Canada.

What is the return/exchange policy?

All sales are final and we do not offer returns. We do offer exchanges of items if the item is sent back and postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

In the event items are returned you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to have the item shipped back to the new address.
